Carrot Sun Coconut Tanning Cream is one of our gentler accelerators that works well for fair and sensitive skin, and helps to develop a base tan if you have not been in the sun for a while. But just because it is gentle does not mean that it won't get you dark! If used for a prolonged period it will get you quite tanned. It contains the natural tan accelerator L-Tyrosine, and coconut oil, which is a wonderful natural moisturiser and works to soothe sensitive skin. This cream arouses a sense of the tropics with its sensational coconut aroma.

Skin Type: Sensitive/Fair/Dry

Benefits for skin: Coconut oil contains a range of antioxidants, and provides thorough moisturisation for the skin.

Petrolatum, almond oil, wheat germ oil, ceteareth-20, cetyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, paraffin oil, coconut oil, lanolin, perfume.

Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is often used as an aftersun or sunscreen because it removes up to 20% of the sun's dangerous rays. It is also a good oil for dry skin as it is wonderfully moisturizing. The cream nourishes intensively, restores the moisture balance of the skin and leaves a lovely scent of coconut.

Almond Oil
Almond oil is rich in Vitamin-E, which is a vitamin that improves skin health, prevents premature aging and prevents wrinkles. In addition to this, Vitamin-E prevents damage caused by ultraviolet rays.

Wheat Germ Oil
Wheat germ oil has a naturally preserved vitamin E and is a 100% pure, golden and nutritious oil which has, through gentle treatment, retained the natural tocopherol content. Tocopherol nourishes your skin and is incredibly moisturizing if you have eczema.

Carrot Sun products can be used in the sun.

Apply liberally to the skin, and re-apply as often as needed.

Carrot Sun products do not contain any SPF (sun protection factor), but can be used in conjunction with SPF containing lotions without interfering with their effectiveness. It is recommended that an SPF-containing cream be applied to the skin prior to the application of Carrot Sun products, or that you have a base tan prior to their use.

If you have any skin conditions or sensitivities, or are gluten intolerant, please consult your GP or dermatologist before use.

The Carrot variety of Carrot Sun products may stain light-coloured garments temporarily. However, this does tend to wash out after a single wash, but depending upon the type of garment it may need a few more washes.

Carrot Sun products can give fantastic tanning results, but in order to achieve a healthy, glowing, and beautiful tan, it is essential to tan responsibly. Only increase exposure times to the sun slowly and gradually over time as you build up your tan.
